ALLERGIES & RESTRICTIONS

Please inform us of any special dietary requests when booking your reservation. After completing your booking through our website, we will reconfirm any dietary restrictions via WhatsApp for accuracy.
Kindly note that it is essential to share your dietary needs at least 72 hours (3 days) before your dining date. For guests with severe or complex dietary restrictions, please contact us directly before making a reservation to ensure we can accommodate your needs.

COrkage

On Cake: We kindly ask that no outside food, including birthday cakes, be consumed on our premises. However, you are welcome to bring your cake solely for documentation purposes.

On Wine: You’re welcome to bring your own bottle of wine that is not on the list of our wines. A corkage fee of IDR 250k++ applies per bottle opened.

CANCELLATION, NO SHOW, LATE ARRIVALS

For bookings canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled dinner time, the deposit will be retained for 30 days. You may reschedule within this period; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.

However, for no-show reservations or bookings canceled within 24 hours of the dinner time, a cancellation fee of 100% of the deposit per person will be charged.

Please consider the possibility of heavy traffic near our location and allow sufficient time to arrive. Your table will be held for up to 30 minutes past your reservation time.
